The secondary alias email is firstname.surname@student.aftrs.edu.au.

This email is used for Network login and is also used to identify you by name when emailing to and from other people.

Student should contact Student Centre to request an update to their preferred name. The Student Centre will liaise with the Service Desk to update your email alias accordingly.  This alias cannot be used to log in to AFTRS systems and students must use the student email address that contains their student number.

Office 365 will display the NAME email as the sender when in OUTLOOK, and this email address will be used for all correspondence with AFTRS staff or students.

  • If your first name or last name includes a hyphen, your email address will be assigned with a hyphen.  If your name contains a space, then your email address will be assigned without a space.
