Once you have finished your studies, and on successful completion of your subjects, you become AFTRS Graduands. There is information on this site regarding Exit Date, Academic Documents and Graduand Access so please read and contact Student Centre if you have any questions.

One of your last surveys at AFTRS will be to confirm your contact details, current residential address as well as if you have a preferred name to use on stage at Graduation in 2026 . Please take a few minutes to complete by 22 Dec 2025 and thank you.
As outlined in the Student Handbook, this date when access to AFTRS systems and the school ends and you must have returned any loan items to AFTRS as listed below under Exit Tasks.

Your final marks and completion of your studies is confirmed at the end of semester and be released on Paradigm prior to Exit date.
Prior to formal completion and graduation, if required, the Student Centre can issue you with a confirmation of completion letter and you may generate a statement of results in the Student Management System - this will show that you have completed your subjects, and that you are scheduled to graduate.
