Congratulations to students who will be completing their course this year.
Once you have finished your studies, and on successful completion of your subjects, you become AFTRS Graduands.
There is information on this site regarding Exit Strategy, Academic Documents and Saving Files & Emails.
1. Your final marks and completion of your studies is confirmed at the Grade Panels for each course, held at the end of each semester. If you have successfully completed your current enrolled unit/s, this will be the date your grades are released and updated on the Student Management System.
This is also the date that your travel concession expires and Moodle subject access stops. Now is the time to start saving any emails/projects/documents that you want to keep.
2. Your AFTRS email, Office 365 and security pass with access to building will remain active during your Graduand period, with access finishing on 29 March 2024. Any software licences will expire end January.
3. By the end of your Graduand period in March, you will need to have completed the EXIT STRATEGY as outlined in the Student Handbook to be eligible for Graduation.

Exit Clearance is the process by which you exit the school following completion of studies. In order to graduate and receive your Testamur, all required Exit Clearances steps must be completed by the required date. |
