AFTRS may photograph, film and/or record throughout O-Week. Please complete this release form and return to studentinfo@aftrs.edu.au to permit the use of these images by Wed 19 Feb. If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded please let us know via the same email address. |

If you are a domestic, full-time student and wish to apply for a NSW Tertiary Student Concession Opal card - please complete this application form and return to studentinfo@aftrs.edu.au. |

You will need to bring Photo ID to show when collecting your Student ID Card on the first morning. |

And don't forget your charge cord ! We can help you log into the AFTRS systems when you arrive if you haven't already. |

A WATER BOTTLE |
You can fill these up from the water-coolers/taps around building. |
|
CLOSED TOE SHOES |
We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes as all students are required to wear them if you enter a studio, which you will be during the week. |
REMINDER
If you haven't sent in a photo for your Student ID Card or provided your USI number, please do so ASAP as this is very important to complete before your start date.
If you haven't completed your eCAF FEE-HELP submission, please do so this week - any issues, please email studentinfo@aftrs.edu.au.
If you haven't paid your UPFRONT fees by the due date on your invoice, please pay immediately.
