Each group will:
- have a Student Chair and a Staff Co-Chair formally nominated at the first meeting
- meet quarterly (at least)
- review, discuss and agree on the Group's Terms of Reference annually
- manage membership by conducting an annual or semester based call-out for new members
- discuss and raise issues on behalf of members
- discuss, agree and deliver or recommend for delivery one key funded project per year
- provide lived experience input into annual inclusion plans
- have the opportunity to provide feedback during the regular inclusion feedback circles.
Groups may also decide to rename their group.
