Diversity Groups : Group Activities

What each Group will do

Each group will: 

  • have a Student Chair and a Staff Co-Chair formally nominated at the first meeting
  • meet quarterly (at least)
  • review, discuss and agree on the Group's Terms of Reference annually
  • manage membership by conducting an annual or semester based call-out for new members
  • discuss and raise issues on behalf of members
  • discuss, agree and deliver or recommend for delivery one key funded project per year
  • provide lived experience input into annual inclusion plans
  • have the opportunity to provide feedback during  the regular inclusion feedback circles.

Groups may also decide to rename their group.
