AFTRS Library Click & Collect Service
The Library will be providing additional access to the on-site collection in the form of a Click and Collect service.
Library staff will facilitate this each day the Library is open.
You will be able to borrow up to five (5) items from the physical Library.
If you are unable to collect your items, please contact the Library.
Step 1 - Click
Login to the AFTRS Library Catalogue with your AFTRS Library barcode (found on your AFTRS ID).
Place a Hold on the items you want to borrow (Click here if you are unsure how to place a hold)
Step 2 - Text
You will be notified by SMS and email when your items are ready for collection.
Step 3 - Collect
Collect your items from the front desk of the AFTRS Library.

How many items can I borrow?
You can borrow five (5) items at a time.
This is excluding physical magazines, journals and newspapers.
What happens if I place more then Five (5) items on hold?
If you have placed a hold on more than five (5) items, you will be given the first five (5) items on your list.
In order to ease our workload, please do not place a hold on more than five (5) items at a time.
Can I return my AFTRS Library items?
Yes. You can return your items by placing them in the returns chute at the front of the Library.
I am not an AFTRS staff or student does that mean I can use the Click and Collect Service?
All Library members can use the Click and Collect Service.
If you need something from the AFTRS Library please contact the library.
I can't find my library barcode, what should I do?
If you are unable to find your library barcode, contact the Library.
I can't decide from the catalogue which items I would like to borrow. Can I quickly pop into the Library to make my selection?
Yes you can anytime the Library is open.
I don't know what to borrow, can you help me?
If you are unsure what you want to watch, why not let the AFTRS Library decide for you?
Simply fill in the form and we'll recommend something you might like.
You'll receive an SMS when it's ready to collect.
Since I am at the Library, can I just quickly print this document?
Yes you can. The AFTRS Library is now open Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm for AFTRS staff and students ONLY.
Printers can also be found on Level 1 (near the editing suites.)
