The Technology Service Desk Team is your first point of contact for any technology related problems and questions! We're here to help as much as possible so feel free to get in touch if you have any issues with technology.
You can submit a Service Desk Request at our portal Servicedesk.aftrs.edu.au, give us a call, or just pop into our office on level 1 and say hi!
Technical Support Service Desk is located in the Technology department on Level 1 North.

ICT Acceptable Use Policy
The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Acceptable Use Policy contains guidelines on what to do and what not to do when using these resources including information on conditions of use, security, privacy, confidentiality, monitoring and policy breaches. Before you are able to access ICT resources at AFTRS you must confirm that you have read and understood the Acceptable Use Policy by completing an electronic form available when you configure your network login.

For new students , and returning students from LOA, you will need to use your AFTRS Student number to get set up on the AFTRS systems, enabling you to access various online resources for your course.
